Dina Likoudis a Natural born Artist.
She began her journey of Art at the age of 7. She was born in the beautiful Kefalonia , Lixouri, Favatata, Greek: Κεφαλονιά, the largest of the Ionian Islands in western Greece. Creating Rock sculptures on the beach from the age of 7, ( 1st Art piece). Followed by Huge political murals of Kuwait…Iran .. Iraq… carrying their dead.
Capturing the lost soles of humanity in the streets of Sydney City in the early 80s , “the outcasts of society “, would certainly shape the Abstract, Volatile, Unpredictable Human Experience in Society we call Life. The streets of Sydney were her canvases , with the homeless , “ no where man “, persons who resided in the heart of Sydney’s City Streets & parks , their postcodes were the footpaths of post code 2000. The now “unknowns” & nameless persons , the lost souls of Sydney City were now left behind & forgotten as they slept on the Sydney streets through the Veils of Maya.
She Studied Art at Darlinghurst at the NAS & travels anywhere on this PLANET capturing the footprints of our HUMANITY, our non humanity , her art work include landscapes , street scenes , the known & the hidden . The beauty of life can be found in every walks of this raw life. Dina has also a background in wedding photography & international clients from a young age .
Dina is a natural sculptor , artist, photographer , painter . No commission job is too big or too small or too abstract or too traditional. No job is too complex or too simple. She has a very versatile & adaptable creative & business background.
